Catherine BednarczykPhysiotherapistAbout CatherineCatherine graduated from McGill University with a Master of Physiotherapy in 2018. Whether recovering from a sports injury, managing back pain, or addressing pelvic health concerns, Catherine works closely with her patients to help them reach their goals and better understand how to manage their condition. Certifications & ExperienceCatherine has completed post-graduate training in women's pelvic health and perineal rehabilitation. She treats a wide range of conditions, including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and symptoms related to pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Since becoming a mother herself, she has developed a deep appreciation for the importance of quality pelvic care and education for women at every stage of life. Credentialed in the McKenzie Method, Catherine also applies her specialized knowledge to assess and treat neck, back, and joint pain. In addition, Catherine provides vestibular rehabilitation for individuals experiencing dizziness, vertigo, balance impairments, headaches, and tinnitus, helping them regain confidence and function in their daily lives. She is committed to evidence-based practice and has participated in a research study investigating pelvic pain using the McKenzie Method, which was published in the Journal of Manual & Manipulative Therapy in 2025. Outside the ClinicCatherine enjoys leading an active lifestyle and spending time outdoors. Over the years she has participated in a variety of sports, including horseback riding and soccer. She is passionate about gardening and exploring the outdoors with her family. |
