She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from McGill University in 1999 and has since dedicated her career to helping individuals recover, move better, and reach their full potential. Athletic BackgroundWith a lifelong passion for sport and movement, Lianna brings a unique perspective to her practice. She competed as an elite level gymnast and later as a diver, proudly representing Canada at the 1991 World University Games. Following her athletic career, she transitioned into coaching and has continued to support young athletes in a variety of disciplines. Client Groups & InterestsLianna has worked with clients of all ages and activity levels, including competitive athletes in gymnastics, swimming, diving, hockey, and soccer. She has pursued advanced training in several areas, including the McKenzie Method, Mulligan Concept, manual therapy, vestibular rehab and concussion management.
