Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can book directly with us. Some insurance companies may require a referral for reimbursement, but it's not needed to start treatment.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring comfortable clothing for movement, your insurance details, any medical reports or imaging you have, and a list of current medications.
How long is an assessment or follow-up?
Initial physiotherapy assessments are 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are typically 30 minutes, with 60-minute follow-ups available when needed.
Do you provide home exercise programs?
Yes. Everyone receives a personalized home program with clear instructions and demonstration videos when appropriate.
Do you treat work or car accident injuries (CNESST / SAAQ)?
We accept SAAQ physiotherapy for motor-vehicle accidents. CNESST is not currently offered.
Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?
Yes. We're on the first floor near the rear entrance of Plaza Pointe-Claire. Park next to Boutique Cassine for easy access.
How soon can I get an appointment?
