Jaclyn Kelly
Physiotherapist
Jaclyn graduated in 2015 from McGill University with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. She graduated with distinction and the highest academic standing of her class. During her studies, she was a teaching assistant in anatomy. Jaclyn’s in-depth understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics contributes to her physiotherapy approach. She focuses on clearly explaining each patient's condition, and determining the underlying cause to prevent recurrence.
Jaclyn is dedicated to her own professional growth in order to provide the best possible care to her patients. In 2018, she became certified in the McKenzie Method that specializes in assessment and treatment of neck and back pain. Jaclyn is trained in the Mulligan Concept, knee kineosiography (KG) exams, and has attained level 2 of the Manual Therapy courses. She has a keen interest in helping those with jaw pain, having completed courses for temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. She has additionally completed Jeremy Lewis' Shoulder course, further training on knee & hip replacements, and is a certified Sports First Responder.
Jaclyn enjoys and values the importance of training future physiotherapists. In 2022, she was presented with McGill University’s Supervisor of the Year Award for her work supervising students.
In her spare time, Jaclyn stays active by playing team sports and strength training. She enjoys ringette, soccer, running, swimming, golf and XC skiing. She has coached ringette in the West Island community for several years.
